The Wardrobe Walk

Every detail matters. It starts here

A highly personal farewell set on a private bush property in outback NSW, created to honour a woman whose life was defined by style, courage and dry humour.

A stark white runway rose from the red earth, cutting a clean line between gum trees and sky. Family, friends and a selection of models walked the runway to her favourite songs, wearing pieces from her extraordinary wardrobe collected over a lifetime, with each garment holding a story of bold living.

As each look appeared, a quiet narration unfolded: memories of drought summers, snake encounters, pony club days, laughter and resilience, and an unapologetic love of beauty in the middle of nowhere. At dusk, guests were invited to choose one item from her wardrobe to take home, transforming personal style into shared memory.

The evening closed with a long-table dinner under the stars and a documentary-style film of her life projected on billowing cloth - a farewell as singular and expressive as the woman it honoured.

Please note, we don’t share photos from private farewells.
