From Netflix premieres to national New Years Eve live broadcasts, luxury brands and once-in-a-lifetime celebrations, I've spent my career creating moments that mattered.
Then I attended a funeral that didn't feel like the person it was meant to honour. Then it happened again.
It made me realise that what I'd always cared about wasn't the scale of the event. It was how people felt inside it.
A moment shaped with genuine intention lands differently. People feel it, even when they can't explain why.
